THE LEGIONS TO THE CONQUEST OF QARTH HADASHT

In the Carthaginians and Romans festival, Roman groups are called “Legions,” whether they are of a civil (Civile Legio), military (Militaris Legio), or naval (Navalis Legio) nature. There are a total of 25 Legions, organized as non-profit associations, and each has a designated area in the Roman street section of the festival camp. The following list enumerates the Legions according to their civil, military, or naval character:

The Roman Senate is the board of directors of the federation composed of the 25 Roman legions, presided over by Javier Isbert from Legio II Navalis. The vice presidents are Alfonso Martínez from the Shock Forces – Extraordinarii Legion and Joaquin García from Legio II Navalis. The board is completed with various members and event coordinators.

The main characters portrayed by the Roman side during the festival are General Publius Cornelius Scipio, represented by Jose Maria Barcelona from Pueblo de Carthagonova, and his wife Emilia Paula, represented by María Sabater from the Petrorian Guard Legion. The child characters are represented by Francis and Jimena Victoria from Legio II Navalis and Pueblo de Massalia.
