Organizational Chart of the Federation of Troops and Legions
At present, the Federation of Troops and Legions is made up of 36 passionate individuals who, day by day, keep the gears turning to ensure everything operates with maximum efficiency. To achieve this, they coordinate all movements across five main areas, each aimed at accomplishing specific short, medium, and long-term goals.
Each area is managed by a vice president and a coordinator, who receive, filter, and distribute information relevant to each committee, assigning specific tasks to each member. This creates a constant flow of upward and downward information, allowing managers to know what is happening at any given moment. Additionally, they exchange information with other areas to coordinate joint activities.

Roman Senate and Carthaginian Council
Under the umbrella of the Federation, two highly important entities, the Carthaginian Council and the Roman Senate, have been established to coordinate the Carthaginian Troops and the Roman Legions, respectively. Their more specific role is to organize events, activities, protocols, and manage the 50 festivity groups (25 troops and 25 legions) that currently make up the festival.
Each entity, the Council and the Senate, has its own leadership made up of a president and one or two vice presidents. These bodies are further divided into various committees that are in constant communication and exchange of information with the Federation.
